Global Head of Sales Enablement Job at JATO – Remote

We are JATO Dynamics, the market leading automotive business intelligence solutions and services provider!
Our Commercial team is growing and we seeking a Global Head of Enablement to act as an integrating role between various revenue teams, including Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations.
In addition, you will be responsible for building the JATO academy by creating, managing and execution of Sales & Customer Success enablement programs to increase productivity at scale.
Key Responsibilities • Partner with Sales & Commercial leadership to develop, optimize and execute enablement programs and sales methodologies.
- Train, Coach and Support both client facing roles and management.
- Partner with revenue leadership to determine enablement priorities and educational content needs to maintain a 6-12 month enablement roadmap.
- Support product launches by partnering with product & marketing to prepare and enable sellers to sell our solutions.
- Own & optimize sales and customer success onboarding programs to drive optimal new hire performance.
- Identify a learning management system to help create a JATO sales academy, to ensure it is easily accessible and provides the capabilities sellers need.
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the team.
- Identify & Implement a Sales Tech Stack to support Revenue Teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Requirements • Demonstrated experience in working in developing, optimizing and executing enablement programs and sales methodologies, in B2B SaaS
- Worked with or implemented MEDDIC qualification methodology
- Experience in executing change management initiatives
- World class sales trainer and coach
- Experienced CRM utilization
- Implemented innovative sales tech
- Content Creation and utilization of an LMS
- Solution sell experience
- Has held revenue facing role(s)
- Metric driven
